Job Board: Legislative & Campaign Staffing Opportunities
Welcome to the Maryland Young Republicans Job Board! We’re connecting the next generation of conservative leaders with exciting roles in the Maryland General Assembly, Republican campaigns, and related political positions. Whether you’re a recent grad, young professional, or enthusiastic volunteer ready to step up, these opportunities help you support Republican priorities and build your career in public service.
This board highlights legislative staffing (aides, administrative roles with legislators/committees) and campaign staffing (field, communications, management for 2026 Republican candidates). Many positions are contractual or session-based, with flexible part-time/full-time options—perfect for gaining hands-on experience.
Current & Ongoing Legislative Opportunities (Maryland General Assembly)
The Maryland General Assembly (MGA) hires directly through legislators and committees—often Republican members seeking aligned staff. Roles typically include legislative aides, policy research, constituent services, scheduling, and office support. Expect longer hours during the annual session (January–April).
